The AssociationThe Home Builders Association of Southwestern Oregon is a non-profit service organization. The builders, who are the core of the association, are committed to meeting the needs and interest of all members, whether builder or associate. Professional credibility, political influence, and business networking are provided.
The Mission
The mission of the association is to foster professionalism and have a strong voice.
Professional Development
The goal of this function is to maintain technical knowledge, update skills, and provide market information required by members in order that they remain competitive within the building industry.
Industry Development
The goal of this function is to monitor and influence conditions within the marketplace to assure that professional builders earn fair and reasonable returns by active association involved in governmental and political affairs.
Marketing of Member Products & Services
The goal of this function, through business networking and marketing, is to create consumer demand for member products and services, and to make members the preferred choice of potential customers.
